400ML PURE EPOXY CHEMICAL ANCHOR EPX-100
EPX-100 400ML 3:1
Two component pure epoxy injectable chemical anchor
EPX-100 is a styrene free pure epoxy anchoring adhesive supplied in a 400ml side by side cartridge. Resin and hardener sit in separate chambers at a fixed 3:1 volume ratio and are blended automatically through the static mixing nozzle as the adhesive is dispensed, so the installer never has to measure or hand mix. The cured mortar develops high bond strength in concrete and in dense natural stone.
The product is formulated for rebar post installation, threaded rod anchoring and bolt fixing in structural work. Because it contains no styrene the odour is low, which makes it suitable for indoor work and for confined or poorly ventilated areas where a polyester or vinylester anchor would be unpleasant to use.

Why specifiers choose a styrene free pure epoxy anchor
- No styrene means low odour and a better working environment indoors and in enclosed spaces.
- Separate chambers plus a static mixer remove the single largest source of on site error, which is an incorrect resin to hardener ratio.
- Non sag putty consistency holds in horizontal and overhead holes without running out before the rod is inserted.
- Bisphenol A/F epoxy with silane coupling agents gives high adhesion to both the concrete substrate and the steel bar.
- High flash points and no UN dangerous goods classification under ADR/RID, IATA and IMDG simplify shipping and site storage.
- Two mixing nozzles are supplied with every cartridge, so a paused job can be restarted with a fresh nozzle.
Applications
- Post installed rebar connections in columns, beams and slabs during repair, renovation or structural extension work.
- Threaded rod and anchor bolt fixing into concrete for steel structures and machinery bases.
- Anchoring into dense natural stone.
- Load bearing fixings in general construction where a high strength bonded anchor is specified.
Installation tools
EPX-100 is dispensed with a heavy duty 400ml dual component caulking gun. The G34-400LA applicator is matched to this cartridge and is supplied separately. Clean the drilled hole thoroughly with a blow out pump and a brush before injecting, and discard the first portion of adhesive until the extruded material shows a uniform mixed colour.
Quality and documentation
- Certificate of Origin issued by the Kaohsiung Chamber of Commerce, Taiwan.
- Full manufacturer MSDS available on request.
